Terms and Conditions
  1. Offer is open to residents of New Zealand. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies associated with this offer and their immediate families are ineligible to claim.
  2. The Promoter will honour all valid claims received by last mail received on 31 January 2012.
  3. To be eligible to claim, purchase any pack of PURINA ONE cat or dog food anytime during 1 March 2011 and 31 December 2011 ("Offer Period") from your supermarket. If your cat or dog does not love and thrive on the PURINA ONE cat or dog product you purchased then tell us in no less than 15 words why you were not satisfied with the product and we'll refund the purchase price of the product.
  4. To claim your money back, send the following details in an envelope to: PURINA ONE Playback Guarantee, Purina PetCare, Freepost 64847, PO Box 1784, Auckland:
    1. (a) your explanation in no less than 15 words as to why you were not
           satisfied with the product;
    2. (b) the original of the purchase receipt;
    3. (c) your name, street address and postal address,
  5. Offer is limited to the cost of one product purchase per household. Household is classified as same street address.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims received and reserves the right to disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process, including but not limited to making more than one claim. Any claim not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
  7. Promoter is not responsible for mail lost, delayed or misdirected, or illegible claims.
  8. All valid claims will receive a cheque refund made payable to the named claimant for the purchase price (including GST) paid by the claimant as shown on the purchase receipt attached to their claim.
  9. Valid claims will be processed and posted to claimants within 14 days of receipt by the Promoter's handling house. Claimants should allow 6 weeks from the date they post their claim for delivery of their reimbursement.
  10. Each claim becomes the property of The Promoter. All details will be held in accordance with the Nestlé Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.nestle.co.nz or calling 0800 738847.
